Bharathi Kuppusamy, the CEO of GroCat Digital, has been on a remarkable entrepreneurial journey for the past 14 years. His passion for learning and dedication to excellence have been the driving forces behind his success. In 2012, he co-founded Ralecon IT Consulting Services in Bangalore and served as COO for the last 11 years. Through his inquisitive nature and constant pursuit of knowledge, he developed Ralecon from a startup into a thriving company. He has successfully executed an impressive 650 client projects, building a strong team of 50+ dedicated team players. His vision wasn't limited to Ralecon. In 2016, he established Position Matters Technologies as a sister company. There, he championed innovation, developing strategies and solutions that fostered a team environment focused on clear communication and strategic thinking. This resulted in a streamlined and efficient company culture, minimising errors and maximising results.
Beyond his strategic leadership, He is known for cultivating a supportive and calm work environment. He prioritises listening to his team members and empowers them to learn and grow alongside the company. This dedication to fostering a positive and nurturing environment translates to exceeding client expectations.
